As part of P4NP, Prophet's pro-bono consulting offering, we worked with Birdsong, an ethical fashion brand and social enterprise.
Birdsong believes that people should expect more from their wardrobes, promising no sweatshops and no photoshop. Birdsong were looking to find new growth channels alongside PR. To begin, we mapped out the customer journey to understand how people were interacting with the brand.
Then we worked with Birdsong to update the brand promise and refine their brand story.
We developed a series of initiatives and partnership ideas to help Birdsong grow their customer base and chose two favourite ideas to take into further development.
The team delivered a document with a list of partnership opportunities, developed key ideas, an outreach plan including messaging templates and scripts and written follow up communications.
Received fantastic feedback from Birdsong who went on to develop successful partnerships discussed during the session.
